I had the thermostats and engine temperature sensor and the coolant replaced in my 2016 GMC Sierra 2500HD Duramax. I dropped off the vehicle Wednesday afternoon for an appointment the next morning at 8:00 AM. Work on it was delayed until Friday afternoon, after which I picked it up. The estimate was $700+, but the invoice came to $500, a pleasant surprise, especially since I had chosen Day's Chevrolet after receiving two other estimates, both over $1,000. My disappointment from the delay was overcome by my pleasure at the cost.

New vehicle had strange sound coming from rear of vehicle. Robert Kidd found and replaced two out of round tires and had all four tires rebalanced. Just returned from trip and vehicle performed perfect! Thank you Robert!

Had to have pad kit and rotors. Always have tires rotated every other oil change. No one told me my brakes were going bad. If someone was doing their job, I would only needed brake pads..

There is a serious lack of communication between the service reps and customers. Your service reps also have a serious lack in communication. I stood waiting to be acknowledged by the service rep for at least three minutes. Don't allow him to work with customers in the future. He'll sit there and tell you he was in the middle of a task but it takes very little to say hello and acknowledge a customer and then let them know you will be with them as in just a minute. When we walked around my vehicle, I asked the service rep to help remove a small piece of the protective cover from my car and he said he would take care of it and he didn't. When I checked out, I asked the financial rep to go through what had been done to the vehicle and she simply told me to look at the checklist of the vehicle. I left the dealership having no idea if tires were rotated, if the oil was topped off or changed, if the 7500 mile check was done. It was like she was eager to get rid of me so she could work through her pile of papers. At least seven or eight salesmen walked by me when I was sitting and waiting for my vehicle. Not one of them said hello or acknowledged me. I could have been in the dealership looking to trade in my car and every single salesperson who walked by without saying hello missed out on a sale.
