I was greeted immediately by name by the service manager. He reviewed what I was requesting done and the prices for each and stated he would call me when it���s finished which he did.

Friendly environment. Sales person was knowledgeable and courteous.

From Sandy���s warm welcome to signing the final paperwork, we were treated like family. Sandy did great job at explaining every step. We left with a new vehicle that we love!

It was a good experience! Tammy Walker answered all of our questions and helped us become familiar with our new car. Tammy also told us if we had any questions, concerns or problems to let her know and she would be happy to help! I think the car is starter than us! LOL!

Inspection was thorough and issues were identified and fixed.

Fuel pump went out on my GMC truck. Even though it was close to the holidays, they were able to get to the repair almost immediately. Charges were even less than their original quote. Thinking it would be an outrageous expense, we were ready to get rid of "Grace," and purchase a new vehicle but thankfully I drove it home good as new.

The guys in the service dept is great and knowledgeable very friendly and got me in and out very quickly. I always recommend Days Chevrolet in Jasper for sales and service . Great people

The transaction was smooth and personable. Tammy took me in and took care of my concerns and put me directly in the vehicle that I wanted. She worked through all of my questions and made everything move without any issues. Signing the paperwork was efficient and painless.

Robert Kidd, the service representative is excellent. I had a problem and he advised me to get the vehicle to him then he proceeded to address the issues. He was booked but he also was able to work in my problem and solve it. Thank you very much!

From the first inquiry about the vehicle I was looking at, to driving it home just took a few hours. My salesperson. Sandy Gilreath, answered all my questions, had the dealer prep completed, and all the paperwork prepared before I arrived. After a test drive, I was sold and the finance department finished up the documents. Sandy thoroughly explained all the features and I was on my way. It was well worth the hour and a half drive to Days Chevrolet of Jasper.
