I had an appointment on a Tuesday (22nd) and after 45 minutes they ordered the wrong part. I came back the next Wednesday (30th) they worked on the radio for 2 hours and when I got in the truck it was still messed up. They then said then didn't get the screen to repair the radio after I just spent $700 for the part that they replaced. So no, I am not to happy with the dealership.

My service advisor did a great job reviewing my issue and gaining a understanding of my problem. The only issue is a 3-4 week wait time for an appointment is frustrating.

I had spoke with Josh Blanco prior to making a purchase and based off his ���Car side manner��� ���� when I discovered Days had received inventory in since my last visit with Josh. Fast service nice clean waiting area

Had a couple repairs done. The guys in Service treated me great and got the work done quickly. They were polite, professional and listened to my concerns.

I was told that I needed new lug nuts all the way around and that it would cost me over $200. When I asked why, I was told that they were either stripped or cross threaded. I told them that their establishment was the only place I have ever taken my car to. So why do I need to pay for their replacement when obviously the last one to do it was one of their technicians.

It was a wonderful experience. The staff was knowledgeable and professional. They went the extra mile to explain all the safety functions on the new vehicle.
