Confirmed Service Customer
I had an appointment on a Tuesday (22nd) and after 45 minutes they ordered the wrong part. I came back the next Wednesday (30th) they worked on the radio for 2 hours and when I got in the truck it was still messed up. They then said then didn't get the screen to repair the radio after I just spent $700 for the part that they replaced. So no, I am not to happy with the dealership.
