We were very pleased with Ricky Ray for helping us purchase our 3rd car from Days Chevrolet in Jasper! I was not pleased with the service department who worked on my Traverse. My car tore up 4days after us being told it was fixed we took our car to be repaired 3 times costing us 1,400 dollars and the 3rd time it was going to cost us an additional 1,600 dollars we decided to bring it home because we couldn't afford to pay more money and we went sure if that would even fix the problem. There was no communication at all Robert did not call me and let me let me know when they were able to get to my car i would appreciated being kept up dated i thought that was very unprofessional . I had to call and leave voice mails with no answer back. So i would not recommend anyone having their car worked on . It was definitely not a positive experience and my car is still not driveable.
